The Walk - Burger Model - Conclusion

Today for this blog, I have completed a activity, it is about the walk I was doing, it was pretty cool. it was pretty easy to do I really like this. so here it is.

Today for this blog, I have completed an activity. it is about a Burger Model, this one is also about planning my introduction. It was pretty hard what story I should have done at first, but then the first thing that came to my mind was, going for a walk.

Sailing trip

On Thursday the 13th of May my class and I went on a sailing trip, it was amazing. It was very cold, I also was sailing with my buddy Aston, I really enjoyed sailing because I almost fell off even though I wanted to but the helper’s said no more jumping off, only Aston jumped off, I burst out laughing because he was soaking wet, and he pore water on me and I was soaking wet as well, he pore water on me a bucket.

On that day I was very cold. I also almost peed myself because of that, I also was scared for no reason, but someone from another boat was even more scared.

We were having a race with other people from my class, and only the year 6’s were supposed to come like I meant the year 5’s are allowed to come it just that the year 6’s are supposed to be with the other year 6’s but Daniel was a year 5, he came with the year 6’s.

I was scared right on that day, the reason why was because I was passing that area with my dad and I saw huge fishes there. I went fishing with my dad before when we went sailing. Also I wasn’t scared of it the most, it was someone from my class, named Taniela.

I was use to sailing because the first time I went to fishing and I saw some people sailing and also they were sailing , also my big brother Aisake (my brother) went to sailing before me he told me how it was, and I got shocked when he said he fell, I was confused until he told me he was wearing life jackets, and I almost laughed.

Before we was gonna go to sailing we were waiting for the year 5’s to go first, we went to a beach, I saw a plastic and we had to pick it all up, I was trying to find more plastic to put in the rubbish but everyone took the plastic, I only got 1 thing to put in the rubbish, I also went to the water on the beach until I realised if your wearing swimming shoes then you could go on the water with your shoes, but my brain wasn’t working properly and I just went, then it got wet, I took it off then my shorts got wet because I ran to fast I couldn’t stop, I was kind of worried but until I realised it could dry up, we also took a picture see.

Today for writing I have made 4 boxes for a moment of something, it was really easy to do, it didn't really take that me long, because I have been working and working, and then I finished. (this is what I finished)

AutoTrophs - They make their own organic molecules rather than getting them by eating other organisms.

Multicellular - a multicellular is an organism or part having or consisting of many cells.

Terrestrial -  relating to the earth.

Photosynthesis - The process by which green plants and certain other organisms transform light energy into chemical energy. During photosynthesis in green plants, light energy is captured and used to convert water, carbon dioxide, and minerals into oxygen and energy-rich organic compounds.

Dioxide - A oxide containing two atoms of oxygen in its molecule or empirical formula.

Mosses - A small flowerless green plant that lacks true roots, growing in damp habitats and reproducing by means of spores released from stalked capsules.

Kelp - A large brown seaweed that typically has a long, tough stalk with a broad frond divided into strips.

Ferns - A flowerless plant which has feathery or leafy fronds and reproduces by spores released from the undersides of the fronds. Ferns have a vascular system for the transport of water and nutrients.

Seed - The unit of reproduction of a flowering plant, capable of developing into another such plant.

Pablo Picasso Art - Cubism Drawing #1

 Yesterday, the 9th of March Te Wairua Pakiki 4 did some art that is based on Pablo Picasso's cubism art.

Pablo Picasso is an artest that made shape's turn into remarklable art, he was really good at turning shapes into people he is a spanish artest, he was born on the 25 of October 1881 and he sadly died in the age of 91 in the year 1973, here is one of his art work.(My favourite art work of his)

This is my one I haven't coloured yet.

In cubism you can play around with lot's of shape's. The facial feature's like you're eye's, nose, mouth and ear's can be in different shapes and place's.

Our Teacher said,"Cubism is that look's as if the painting that dropped and cracked, and rearranged when put together".

When we look at the picture's we noticed that art can be in any kind of shape and dont need to sketch or be triggerd, you can fiddle with the shape's.

After our teacher demonstrated and we saw lot's of example it's was our turn to draw, all you got to do step by step this is step 1 grab a pencil and a piece of paper, then draw a head shape or you can draw what ever shape you want, step 2 facial feature's, and eye sahpe, any nose shape, any mouth shape, Step 3 add you're hair, what kind of line do you want your hair to be.

My summer Holidays at Mission Bay

 During the summer holidays I went to the beach at Mission Bay. I was getting hyped for the  beach, but my mum said we had to eat first.

My cousins came as well. They are family from my dad’s side and my mum’s. We could not go swimming early because the tide was not near land. 

When we were eating the food was so delicious. We ate drum sticks, chicken thighs, Watermelon and potato salad.

We could walk there but my mum chose not to walk because the tide was far. 

While we were playing this little girl was about to take my nephew Dj’s small electric car.

I asked my mum “when are we going” she said that  “three more hours” I was just waiting, I fell asleep there.

When three hours past the tide was still not close to land. My cousins and I went even though the tide was not close.

It was fun there because we found crabs there. On the sand we found a big crab and some of them were little. 

We did some dodgeball and I almost drowned.
